Curtis
T.
White
Curtis T. White is the founder and Managing Director of LOCTW. He has
recognized expertise in domestic and international telecommunications law,
including the areas of privatization, licensing, complex multi-party
negotiations, joint ventures, facilities brokerage and development
projects. His regulatory consultations have involved wireless
services, satellites, broadcast, cable, signatory/ accounting authority
services, and direct broadcast by satellites. In addition
to private sector companies and international organizations, he has
consulted with governments in the industrialized and developing nation
sectors.
Prior to LOCTW, Mr. White was Counsel to Hunton & Williams, where he helped establish that firm's
telecommunications practice group. He has presented at numerous
conferences as a telecom expert, and is widely published on domestic and
international telecommunications matters.
Mr.
White
earned his J.D. from
Georgetown
University
Law
Center, where he subsequently developed the communications law course and
served as an Adjunct Professor. He maintains active bar memberships
in the
District
of Columbia, most U.S. District Courts of Appeals, and
the United States Supreme
Court.
